Suex Discovery is a patented underwater vacuum system that attaches to compatible Suex diver propulsion vehicles (DPVs) and uses the DPV’s propeller-driven suction to collect sand, gravel, mud, and similar seabed debris.

When installed on a Suex DPV, the Discovery channels water flow through a filtered tube to provide efficient suction and debris filtration without generating propulsive thrust. The unit operates stationary at depth and does not require a surface connection.
